I offer a wide range of albums to suit all budgets. The albums are all part of the Bellissimo range of carefully hand crafted wedding and portrait books and albums.
There are lots of options; from leather to metal covers or having your names etched on the front cover. The first time we meet i will give you a printed brochure of all the albums and books available, and their prices, to take away with you. Once you have chosen your album you just need to plan the layout.
The 6 x 4 prints that you receive as part of your wedding package will help you plan your album. After you have chosen your photos and layout i will complete the order. Upon payment for your album you should receive it within 14 – 28 days of placing your order.
As part of your experience, a set of the final images from your wedding will be printed (6″ x 4″) on high quality photography paper, in a choice of gloss or matt finish, and included in the £500 price. You will receive a DVD with all your chosen images included as a slideshow. You are welcome to order prints either when purchasing your wedding album or you will be able to do so from your online gallery. The online gallery will also be available to your friends and family and they can purchase prints or photobooks directly from there.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DO YOU STAY AT THE WEDDING FOR?
That really depends on you. When you contact me we can discuss your requirements and work out how long you need me for. As a guide, the length of stay would be from about half an hour before the start of the ceremony and stay to capture some images of the first dance. As I never take more than one booking for any day, i’m never in a rush to another venue and this means i can be there earlier or stay later if required.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL YOU TAKE?
The simple answer is as many as is possible on the day. This will always depend on the size of the wedding and how many guests you have attending as well as the weather. On average, there would be around 300-500 pictures taken on a full day booking. As i am more interested in capturing your special day than counting the number of images i take this can vary.
It is my aim to get a natural portrait shot of as many of your guests as possible on your special day as well as capturing the story of the day. If you want them, formal and group photos will be taken usually directly after the ceremony. I try to make this as painless as possible and let you get back to enjoying your day with your family and friends. Of course, if it’s a large ceremony or a short booking some people may get missed out but you can ensure that people who must be in your photographs are by having a formal shot with them or by ensuring that someone points them out to me on the day for special attention.
WHEN WILL OUR PICTURES BE READY?
The normal time for having your pictures ready is usually within 4 weeks. I will arrange to meet up with you to show you all the images (6 x 4 prints) first. I generally put personalised wedding cards on the reception tables with the web address for your pictures on them. This means your guests can normally view your gallery within 5 weeks of the ceremony. However, depending on your honeymoon, this can be changed to suit you so that you get to see the pictures first.
Depending on your wedding album requirements and number of prints it can take a further 14 – 28 days to receive everything. I always like to deliver them in person to make sure you’re completely satisfied, but if you would rather have them sent by mail i can arrange that for you.
DO WE HAVE TO HAVE FORMAL OR GROUP SHOTS?
No, of course not. Although a lot of my work involves formal photography, some couples dislike the thought of them and I get many requests for just the informal wedding photographs. It is up to you, but do warn your families and friends if you’re not planning to have any formal shots as it can cause confusion on the day.
DO YOU VISIT THE VENUE BEFOREHAND?
I do like to visit the venue beforehand, even if i’ve used it before, and would always prefer to have our consultation meeting there as I can also get some informal portrait shots. I always aim to be at the venue early on the day of your wedding to prepare, and also to see the reception set up (if same venue). Also, it’s best to know what the weather will be like for the day so i can get a sense of lighting etc.
I ask for a £100 non-returnable deposit to book the day which is payable when you complete your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks after the wedding or when you receive your preview prints. Any additional prints, albums or books ordered will be payable at the time of purchase. As most costs for your wedding will be up front, i think it helps to give you a little time to settle back down before having to pay me.
If you have another question please get in touch and i’ll reply, normally within a couple of days.
